2/2 Way coaxial Direct Acting Valves

The 2/2-way solenoid valves are electrically operated solenoid valves with two or three connections and two switching positions. These valves are hermetically sealed on the outside and have proven themselves when used with liquid, gaseous, dirty, or poisonous (toxic) media. Even if the seals are completely worn out, no process medium can escape: the valves maintain their seal.

Options

The valves can be optionally equipped, for example, with a manual override, various limit switches, mounting brackets, a variety of electrical plug connections, such as M12 x 1 DESINA/VDMA, or with special PWM plugs for lowering the current.

Parameters

The direct operated valves are available in a nominal width of 10 to 80 mm. The pressure range extends from vacuum to 100 bar medium pressure. The seal of the valve seat is guaranteed in the preferred direction up to the full pressure stage, in accordance with DIN 12266. In the opposite direction, the seat seal for most valves is a maximum of 16 bar. The technical details can be found in the respective data sheets. The bandwidth of the flow factor (KV value) ranges from 2.5 to 70 m³/h. Depending on the nominal size, the valves are available in sleeves, flanges, or special designs. This series is also available in ATEX Zone 2/Category 3.
